Lorin Walker

WalkerLorin Walker is a seasoned consultant, trainer, and coach who has excelled in a number of world-class organizations.

At Ernst & Young he managed a professional development program for the firm’s 110,000 consultants, resulting in Top Ten ranking by Training Magazine. His work with the CEO and senior staff at ARCO Oil & Gas led to the company’s being cited as the prime example of a “low cost producer” in the book The Experience Economy. As chief learning officer at an international consulting firm he led a team that produced a 500% increase in business in three years. At Ford Motor Company, he coached the executive team that led redesign of the Ford Taurus.

Lorin’s work has taken him to locations all over the world, including Norway, India, China, Canada, Australia, the Caribbean and Singapore. His clients have included Lowe’s Home Improvement, ExxonMobil, Worley Parsons, the Environmental Protection Agency, the US Department of Energy, Saudi Aramco, Shell, AT&T, First Republic Bank, Bechtel, Southland Corporation, HNTB, Banc One and KPMG.

Lorin earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and education at Columbia University, a master’s in organizational behavior from The Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, and a PhD in psychology from BYU. He also completed post-graduate MBA studies at Pepperdine University.
