  • served as a full-time communication counsel to the Executive Office of the President of the United States.

Duncan earned his Ph.D. degree at Purdue University where he specialized in communication and organizational dynamics. He has served on the faculties at three leading universities and has published many articles on communication and organizational behavior. His television and film productions have won numerous awards in the United States and Great Britain.
