Gerald B. Williams Ph.D.

Gerald B. Williams brings to The Duncan Company more than two decades of consulting experience in strategic planning, leadership and business process improvement.

For seven years he was Director of Technology Transfer for Andersen Consulting in Chicago.

He holds a B.A. from William Jewell College, M.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Miami University, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Northwestern University. He has done additional study at Harvard University and the University of Cincinnati.

As a consultant, Dr. Williams has worked with a range of organizations in developing and implementing information and communication technology-based employee management systems to improve workforce performance.

In addition to his work with The Duncan Company, Dr. Williams serves as Professor of Business in Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management.
