John R. Stoker

John Stoker is a gifted trainer and executive coach who specializes in helping managers and leaders improve communication skills and build more effective interdependent teams.

Mr. Stoker is widely known for his work with Dialogue, a process that helps create and maintain the free flow of clear meaning toward a mutual purpose within an atmosphere of mutual respect. Dialogue is used to enhance skills in customer service, conflict resolution, negotiation, performance management, and managing team dynamics.

Mr. Stoker holds advanced degrees in organizational behavior and law and taught at the university level for 13 years.
