Mr. Smith has spent most of his career working internally as an organization development professional in organizations such as AT&T, Amoco Oil and Iomega. His outstanding work in business planning, organizational alignment, acquisitions, restructuring, process redesign, culture change and Internet based businesses has earned him accolades throughout North America. He holds a masters degree in organizational behavior.
