Arthur H. Rone

Art Rone is a key resource in The Duncan Company's work in the nuclear power industry.

Mr. Rone has 33 years of experience in a wide range of management and leadership roles in the nuclear industry. This includes operations, maintenance, QA, training, Rad Con, emergency preparedness, safety, oversight, plant decommissioning, process development, process reengineering and change management.

As Evaluation Team Manager at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), Mr. Rone developed the organizational effectiveness tools and methodologies now used by INPO. He led the design team and pilot evaluations for the new INPO evaluation process. In addition, he was responsible for leading INPO evaluation teams in the evaluation and assessment of performance at domestic nuclear power plants.

Mr. Rone holds a BSEE degree, several licenses and certifications from the nuclear industry, and completed the Wharton Senior Executive Development Program and the University of Michigan MBO Program.
