Gaylan
W. Nielson
For
more than 25 years, Gaylan Nielson has consulted, trained, and
coached extensively in the fields of organizational strategy,
alignment, and execution.
His
work has taken him around the globe for clients such as
Boeing, General Electric, Toyota, Shell Oil, The U.S. Navy, and
Price-Waterhouse-Cooper.
He
previously served as Director of Custom Solutions at
FranklinCovey, and was a principal at several other leading
consulting firms.
In
another work venue, Nielson is a prize-winning playwright whose
work has been featured at the Sundance Playwriting Conference
and on National Public Radio.
He is co-founder and CEO of The Work Itself Group, a strategic
partner of The Duncan Company. His latest book is
Fake Work (subtitled Why
People Are Working Harder Than Ever but Accomplishing Less, and
How to Fix the Problem).
