Diane
C. Harris
Diane
Harris is widely acclaimed for her work with mergers, acquisitions
and divestitures.
She
created and launched a mergers and acquisitions program at vision
care and pharmaceuticals giant Bausch & Lomb, implementing a
billion-dollar corporate restructuring program. This included
divesting 25 operations that no longer fit the corporate strategies,
and completing 230 transactions (47 of them acquisitions) that
provided half of Bausch & Lomb's growth every year for a decade.
Ms.
Harris works with CEOs contemplating growth programs, with corporate
development heads and CFOs needing extra resources, and with
corporate counsel searching for creative strategies to bridge
the "negotiating gap."
She
collaborates with The Duncan Company on the human asset analysis
associated with mergers and acquisitions due diligence.
Diane
Harris is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Catholic University and
holds a Master's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
