Rostya Gordon-Smith

Rostya Gordon-Smith is The Duncan Company's strategic partner in Europe and the United Kingdom. Named one of the "World's 50 Top HR Leaders" by HR World magazine, she has worked with clients in Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, UK, Brazil and the Czech Republic.

Based in Prague, Ms. Gordon-Smith is director of PeopleImpact, a consulting firm specializing in human capital development. Her training and consulting focus on leadership, multicultural management, performance management, communication, sales and negotiations and the strategic management of change.

She is founder and academic advisor for the newly formed three-year postgraduate program in human resources management at the Czech Technical University & Sheffield Business School in Prague.

Ms. Gordon-Smith earned a bachelors degree from the University of London and a masters degree from Macquarie University in Syndey, Australia. She also studied in Canada and Hong Kong.
