Stephen
M. Duncan, brother of Duncan Company founder Rodger Dean Duncan,
was Assistant Secretary of Defense in the administrations of
President Ronald Reagan and President George Bush. During
his years of Pentagon service he served three Secretaries of
Defense - Caspar Weinberger, Frank Carlucci and Dick Cheney.
A
former Assistant U.S. Attorney, Mr. Duncan practiced law for
some 20 years. He is a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the
Institute for National Strategic Studies of the National Defense
University, an Adjunct Fellow at the Center for Strategic and
International Studies. He is listed in Who's Who in America,
Who's Who in American Politics and Who's Who in American
Law.
Mr.
Duncan received his B.S. degree from the United States Naval
Academy, his M.A. degree from Dartmouth College, and his Doctor
of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Colorado.
